General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the individual entrepreneur Kravov Magomed Radzhabovich (hereinafter — the "Administration"), the owner of the website transcriptic.ai (hereinafter — the "Site"), and the user of the Site (hereinafter — the "User").

User Information

2.1. When using the Site, the Administration collects and stores information provided by the User on the Site, including the User's email address, the User's activity history, results of works performed on the Site, as well as cookies containing the session key.

2.2. The User gives consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and international data protection standards.

Rights and Obligations of the User

3.1. The User undertakes not to use the Site to commit unlawful acts, not to violate the Site's rules of use, and not to infringe the rights and freedoms of other users and third parties.

3.2. The User is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of his/her account credentials, including login and password, and to prevent their use by third parties.

3.3. The User must not impair the operability of the Site, including its code, interface, and functionality.

3.4. The User undertakes not to create multiple accounts on the Site if such accounts are intended to transform or use information for deceptive or other unlawful purposes.

3.5. The User has the right to use all services of the Site in accordance with their intended purpose and functional capabilities.

3.6. The User has the right to access information published on the Site.

Rights and Obligations of the Administration

4.1. The Administration has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement; the User will be notified by posting the revised version of the Agreement on the Site.

4.2. The Administration is entitled to delete any information that violates the terms of this Agreement or applicable laws and international standards.

4.3. The Administration has the right to restrict the User's access to information on the Site and/or to the use of the Site's services if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.

4.4. The Administration has the right to unilaterally delete the User's account in the event of the User's breach of this Agreement.

4.5. The Administration is obliged to ensure the operability of the Site and to take all necessary measures to that end, except in cases where the Site's unavailability is caused by reasons beyond the Administration's control.

4.6. The Administration is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal data and not to disclose it to third parties, except in cases required by applicable international law or mandatory laws of the jurisdiction where the Administration is established.

Liability of the Parties

5.1. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and international standards, as well as for all actions and decisions made by him/her when using the Site.

5.2. The Administration shall not be liable for possible disruptions in the operation of the Site and for loss of information arising from causes beyond its control.

Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and, where necessary, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Administration is established. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable international law and, to the extent applicable, the laws and competent courts of the Administration's jurisdiction, unless the parties explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

6.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an agency relationship between the User and the Administration, a public partnership, a joint activity, an employment relationship, or any other relationship not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
