General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (the “Offer”) is a public proposal by Sole Proprietor (Individual Entrepreneur) Kravov Magomed Rajabovich (hereinafter — the “Seller”) published on the website transcriptic.ai (hereinafter — the “Site”) to provide the User (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) with access to a video-to-text processing service (hereinafter — the “Service”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer.
Subject of the Offer
2.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision by the Seller to the Buyer of access to the Service described above.
Moment of Acceptance
3.1. The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Offer from the moment the Buyer places an order on the Site and pays for the Service indicated in the order.
Payment Procedure
4.1. Payment for the Service shall be made by the Buyer in a cashless form via the Site’s online acquiring/payment processing service. Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive a payment confirmation and access to the Service.
Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the Service after the order is placed and payment is received from the Buyer.
5.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Service in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
Returns and Refunds
6.1. Refunds to the Buyer shall be made only if the Seller is technically unable to provide the Service.
6.2. Refunds will be made to the bank card used to make the original payment.
Liability
7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for the Buyer’s non-use of the provided access to the Service for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when placing an order.
